Made an appointment on Monday, they called on Tuesday to confirm but I worked late. The appointment was Wednesday but because I didn't get the call, they just didn't show. Must be nice to be so busy they can just leave someone hanging.

Our dealers always call at least one business day prior to a customer's appointment to confirm that the date and time will still work for you, before they send a Design Consultant out. If they leave multiple messages and don't receive a return phone call, they will send the Design Consultant to another confirmed appointment. Hopefully we can reset the appointment and earn your business.
