Extremely Satisfied

I began searching for a company to remodel by bathtub/shower, using acrylic overlay, in August 2016. I had a rep from another company with "Bath" in its name, come to my home. The rep was knowledgeable and professional but I did not like the price so I did not purchase at that time. I did call back around December, but I received no response until I called again, in February, ready to purchase. Without going into details about that visit, I was checking email a month later and a pop-up ad for Bath Planet came up and I am so glad. The customer service and communication was and is impeccable. The timelines were reasonable. The installers showed up 15 minutes early and were extremely polite and professional. A part was missing, so I called and spoke to Dennis, who apologized and immediately gave me a date for delivery and installation of that part. I asked that he have the secretary send a brief email confirming this agreement and she sent it within an hour! The product is beautiful and I will tell everybody about this pleasant experience. Please use this company for your bath remodeling needs!!
