Unprofessional

Finally being able to work Bath Planet into my schedule, I set an appointment for 4/25. Eric arrived as planned. As he came into my home I informed him that my wife would not be able to attend our meeting. Both my wife and I informed him we would not sign any paperwork today, but wanted to get started on a plan to remodel our shower in the master bath. He said well I can't stay and per my boss, both parties need to be present. I explained to him that I would like to get this done today, as my schedule is very tight for the next month. He got up and said my boss will contact you tomorrow and walked out. Never heard back from anyone.
