Consult

I just wanted to take a few minutes and share my unexpected experience with Bath Planet and sales representative Nick Sommers. I happened to be at my sister's home visiting while she had a consult scheduled so I figured I would sit in and hear what it is was about. I was a bit skeptical of the whole process but being a new mom and homeowner I thought It cant hurt to see what it is about. My sister had been referred to Nick and your company from her neighbor through themselves also having great things to say about Bath Planet and Nick. From moment Nick walked in it was like having a good friend explain to you the benefits of everything. Everything I was skeptical about by end of consult was completely wiped away. I am not normally one to leave comments being so busy with a new baby but our time with Nick was so pleasant that I promised myself I would contact your offices. His knowledge and great attitude made the whole visit awesome! So much so not only did my sister purchase but I convinced my husband and we are planning to as well. There was no pressure to buy, he made it fun and handled us two girls, my sister and I well. Trust me we had a million questions! haha I give credit where it is due, so with that being said I love what yall do and I think Nick is a HUGE asset to your company. Keep up the great work guys!
