Satisfaction Means Something

Very pleased with the experience with Bath Planet staff, from the showroom to speaking to Mike the rep who came to our home, and several weeks later with Zeke and Saul, our installers. The installers were knowledgeable and polite, even making friends with our dogs as they worked in our home. Cleaned up every day, made sure we were happy, even coming back an extra morning to change the position of the light switch when it didn't suit our design. Their supervisor, Diego, was on the job at the start and on the last day, and he was pleased with what Zeke and Saul had done too. We did a simple shower remodel with no bench or glass door which kept the price in our budget. Bought our vanity, sink, faucet and mirror at Lowe's and they were installed along side the Bath Planet products seamlessly. Very pleased and would recommend this company 100%.
