Excellent Work

It’s hard to find a company that what the sales person say to get to you on the hook, to what the installer actually does the work match each other. Well I’m here to say Bath Planet is one of those few companies that do. Our sales person told us what they are going to do and the installer did it plus more to ensure our satisfaction. Our installer also kept my wife and I inform throughout the process on what he is doing. Took three days to complete our remodeling which is very acceptable for the amount of work being done. Before we sign the completion paperwork he when over everything and asked if we see anything wrong or have any questions. My wife did pointed out a minor item which he had no problems pulling his tools back out to fix it. He also stated several times that it comes with a life time warranty on everything even if the caulking needs to be redone for some reason to call them to make the needed repairs. My wife and I love our new restroom the walk-in shower is what my wife & I needed we both have back problems so get in and out is very easy. We definitely will be calling on Bath Planet again for our other restroom. Thanks Leroy & Lillian
