Shower repair

Just a quick note to thank Ken & Cory for the fantastic service on our Bath Planet tub/shower. We had our unit installed about two years ago from the outfit in Clackamas. It looks like they are no longer a Bath Planet vendor. Ken and his Team have taken it over. I called the Bath Planet 800 number and Ken promptly called me back and I explained the issue I was having; there was some issue with caulking and how the shelf caddy was coming loose. Ken had Cory come out within one business day, incredible. Cory arrived on time, in fact he even called when he was on his way and arrived a few minutes early. Having dealt with many contractors over the past few years, it was refreshing to have someone on time and call before hand. When Cory arrived, he asked if needed to take off his shoes or wear shoe covers, a nice touch. I showed Cory the problem, and he got right to work. His pride in his work really shows. Ken & Cory thank you so much for everything.
