We had a tiled shower previously and it has been replaced with the Bath Planet (acrylic) product. We are happy with the shower surround (walls), but the door glass has needed to be serviced several times (by sub-contractor of Bath Planet) due to leaks. The contractor has come to attempt repairs, but even after three visits, there is still a leak. Customer service on the part of Bath Planet and their sub-contractor was rather slow. At least two phone calls during this process were never returned. Communication has been less than satisfactory with Bath Planet. The quality of the shower wall product is good, but the customer service is poor.
