Outstanding Experience!

We were very pleased with the entire experience, from choosing the style of the walls, tubs, showers and fixtures to the completed remodel and final walk-through. The sales associate, Dusten and the PM, Aaron, were so helpful during the whole process. When the installers found "hidden" issues, everyone - even Dusten ("I feel like it's my bathroom!") - chipped in to find a solution, which exceeded our expectations and our satisfaction. During this period of quarantine, during the pandemic, and having a member of the household with pre-existing conditions, I was concerned about the safety of my family. The installers, Justin and Paul, were very concerned with our safety and satisfaction, as well. They informed us at the beginning of demo, they would do whatever we needed them to do, to ease our fears. All I have left to say is: Bravo, Bath Planet, Bravo!
