A few years ago I hired Bath Planet to redo my shower. They told me at install if I had any issues to call them and they would take care of it. The first time I had an issue they came right out and fixed it. A few weeks ago I had another issue and called the number on my contract and it was out of service. I called another Bath Planet location and they asked me for a copy of my contact. I sent it over and a day or two later they told me sorry we can’t help you! Beware....

The Bath Planet dealer in Northeast Ohio that completed your bathroom is no longer a Bath Planet Dealer, but we do have a new Bath Planet dealer in your area as it sounds like you reached out to them. All of our Dealers are independently owned and operated, which is why they asked you for a copy of your contract.
