A few years ago I hired Bath Planet to redo my shower. They told me at install if I had any issues to call them and they would take care of it. The first time I had an issue they came right out and fixed it. A few weeks ago I had another issue and called the number on my contract and it was out of service. I called another Bath Planet location and they asked me for a copy of my contact. I sent it over and a day or two later they told me sorry we can’t help you! Beware....
