Shower Stall install

I ordered an oversized shower stall installation on Nov. 20 ,2020. I knew it could take longer to create due to larger size pan. Initial contact Jerry was knowledgeable and pleasant. But throughout the entire relationship with Bath Planet there were unnecessary delays. A couple were many days each. The shower installer Theius was the superstar of the process. Theius was always courteous and friendly. His work ethic was admirable. His portion of the job took 4 days. Each day he left the work area clean and uncluttered. My wife and i were very impressed with the quality of his work and the beauty of the finished product. The final piece was the sliding bypass doors installed by Jerome and helper who did a great job. I can't end this review without mentioning Jess in the office who was always pleasant to talk to whenever i had issues to discuss or questions. And from start to finish 132 days passed.
