They made good on their promises
We are very pleased with our shower and more pleased by the fact that they made sure we were satisfied with our third party vanity. After the first vanity proved to be poor made and measurements were off, Bath Planet had the third party remake the vanity. We are happy to see the results of their efforts. The second vanity fits perfectly and looks wonderful. Bath Planet earned the five stars by their commitment and determination to provide a quality product and quality workmanship. They made sure that we were happy and got what we wanted and needed.
New Shelf
A few months ago, I had a complete bathroom remodel. I absolutely love the work that was done by Bath Planet. The project was done clean and correctly and I haven't had any issues. They have exceptional customer service and were punctual and genial throughout the remodel. Recently, I decided that I needed another shelf in the custom shower. I spoke with the reps at the Home Show and they were out within 2 days to install the shelf. They are quick, thorough, and supportive. I highly recommend Bath Planet for all bathroom needs! Completely satisfied and a wonderful experience
We had a very narrow tub/shower combo that did not work for us. We had a wonderful experience with Michelle, our designer, and an even better experience with Matt C. Michelle was so great at giving us what we wanted and needed at a price that we could afford. She was so professional and was a great designer. Matt was a really great guy. He was here on time, did an excellent job, worked quickly and efficiently and was super great to let us watch the transformation. Our bathroom looks better than we could have ever imagined with our new walk-in shower. I appreciate the skill, time and efficiency of Matt. He left our home very clean, he was professional and did a beautiful job. That young man need a raise or at least a new Smoker for all his hard work. I will recommend this company and both Matt and Michelle to anyone that need a bathroom upgrade. You couldn't ask for a nicer team. Thank you!
Amazing Service and Results!
I had the scariest horrible tiled shower. They came, Craig was so knowledgeable and helpful, the choices were wonderful. The installers came in right on time, did a fantastic job, left the area clean. They were so courteous and helpful! Bob and his partner installed our shower and it looks AMAZING!! I have already recommended this company to my dear friend for her bathroom and I plan to use them again when I have work on my upstairs bathroom.
Beautiful shower
My experience was fantastic. The installer were very kind and considerate. They pickup after themselves and left my space very clean. The installation took one day. They tore out and removed the old one. Installed all new wood behind the shower. Had to redo plumbing. It’s beautiful and the best part is the only cleaning is the base. Had it a year now. I have told others. Just got $100. For referral. Awesome company and awresomr products. Prices are good.

Do your research; make sure you get what you want/need; don't back down, make sure they are responsible for any installer damage, etc. The product seems ok. I'm sure you get what you pay for.
Excellent Service
We used Bath Planet of Greenville for a tub to shower conversion. Both Scott and Clint were excellent. Fast, clean and professional. Whole job took them one day and the shower looks perfect. I highly recommend them if you are looking for this type of work or a bathtub makeover.

From start to finish we had an excellent experience. We didn’t really know what we wanted to do in the beginning as far as colors or patterns. Garrett put together some colors and patterns and came up with great ideas. Our quote was exactly what we paid. Wes our installer was very professional and very knowledgeable. He did outstanding work. He explained everything to us step by step. You don’t see that very often. He explained how to clean the new shower and let me tell you, it’s AWESOME. No scrubbing involved. It’s so easy to clean. We also did a new countertop, sinks, and faucets. Everything looks great. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Oklahoma. You guys are GREAT!!!!

Our initial consultation appointment went very well...Chad, the Project Manager. was very pleasant, professional & knowledgeable. We did experience an unusually long wait for the installation process to begin...mostly due to backlog issues with the glass doors, compromised by COVID. Donna, our "GO TO" contact in the office, did her VERY BEST to keep us updated & informed with the delivery of the shower doors. SHE was very polite & concerned about the door delivery & wanting to get our install scheduled as fast as possible, once the glass doors arrived. We really want to emphasize how VERY PLEASED we were with Tom, our installer. He was prompt, polite & worked very hard during the installation process. The results speak for themselves, with us feeling that our decision to use Bath Planet, was the right one & well worth the price.
