Looking for a bath
We, my wife and I are extremely happy with the process so far. The schedule was for four days and they finished in three. Very knowledgeable installers, appeared to work well as a team. My Shower door has not arrived but I'm looking for it to be installed so that I can shower. I haven't had a bath in five years so the walk in bath is looking better and better.

Our bathrooms were recently renovated and we are beyond happy. From the day that the sales rep came to give us a quote, during the design process and the selection of products to the contractor tearing out both bathrooms, the whole process was seamless. Gary Williams is a prince of a guy, so professional and precise. We can't say enough about Bath Planet. Thank you for all you did for us.

The installers were so courteous and friendly. They cleaned up the work site after every phase. Work was completed in a timely manner. The salesman was not pushy. The management and crew worked with our schedule and unique circumstances. Make sure you get any changes you make to the original contract in writing! We decided to change from bronze fixtures to brushed nickel. We called in one day after we had signed the original paperwork but the materials order was never changed per our request. This caused a giant hiccup but was finally resolved to our satisfaction but not without threatening to put a halt to the job. I am glad the company agreed to come through with the changed fixtures! Our bathroom looks beautiful!
Good Product.....BETTER SERVICE
Our bath to shower conversion was completed in 08/2018. Looks good and works good. Very happy with product. HAPPIER WITH AFTER SALE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Discovered an area on a wall adjacent to the new shower which is behind a large piece of furniture in an adjoining room. Had to move this furniture to access a plug and found the area in question. One phone call and Michelle arranged for JP to come out and determine a fix. Not only did he review the problem, he patched the wall, reattached the base molding AND with some paint we had in the house touched up the area in question. This is a great example of customer after AFTER the sale. thanks to the Atlanta Bath Planet staff and I recommend these folks for your bath conversions. Carl V
So Happy with Bath Planet
We had a great experience with Bath Planet. The salesperson was straightforward and helpful. The job was scheduled for three days in October, but Bob and his crew finished it in two. We love our new tub and shower, and the rest of the installation went beautifully, without a hitch. They left the house cleaner when they than when they arrived. Thanks, Bath Planet!
Five Stars!
Five stars all around! Throughout the process our designer Trel made sure our needs and wants were all met and we were happy with our new bathroom every step of the way. What I appreciated most was their HONESTY, quality, and professionalism--which are rare to find all together. They worked with us on financing, which was such a blessing; we wouldn't have been able to get the bathroom fixed without that. They gave us a quote and kept it at that price, and didn't try to tack on any hidden fees or charges at the end. They did exactly what they promised they would, which we really appreciate (other companies have gotten into a "he-said she-said" argument with us before after making empty promises, so it means a lot when a company says something and then follows through!). They set up a date to come fix the bathroom (were on time!) and completed the project within the 3 days they set. The two workers who did the demo and instillation were great and very polite. They also cleaned up after themselves which was professional and considerate. We love our new bathroom and walk-in shower! Thank you Bath Planet and Trel!
Excellent install-contract proceed with caution
I have to say the install and installers were excellent. They were very nice, kept everything clean and did a professional job. I would highly recommend Bath Planet purely for the install and install staff. I have to caution everyone during the contract signing and what you get. We had the sales person out and went through all that we were going to get, including the shower door. We were showed the latest in shower doors (exposed roller sliding door that was taller) and we noted that we had to have that sliding door and the salesmen said that is what he would price out. When it was all said and done, the salesmen wrote up Standard sliding door and told us that is the sliding door he showed us. When the installer came out and were putting the door in they noted that was what was on the order. I would caution everyone that before you sign the contract sheet, all the details of the products you are getting are spelled out specifically. When I tried to talk to somebody about it there was nobody that would reply to me when I called. Again, make sure what you are showed is shown on the detail contract sheet to make sure you get what you are showed.
Antiquated policy
I scheduled an appointment to get some ideas and an estimate. Unfortunately, my appointment cannot happen due to the fact my husband is not available. How insulting. You lost my business and will definitely let others know about your antiquated policy.
Very Satisfied
Everything went smoothly for us . Sales Rep prompt and professional; was able to schedule installation within 2 weeks. Installers arrived on time and were done the same day leaving no mess behind. Had tub liner and shower walls done in a rental house we wanted to put on the market to sell asap. The house sold in 4 days, I'm sure it was due in part to the sparkling new tub area!
Not the best experience
We had Bath Planet out to our home and agreed to move forward with our bathtub remodel. They called us the day before the installation and had to cancel and gave us a bogus reason. Then we didn’t hear anything for a week. Finally we heard from them and it was another 2 weeks before they were able to come out and put it in. Our new bathroom is really nice but if you’re looking to get it done soon, find someone else.
