I am so pleased with our transformation! The walk in shower feels very luxurious and makes me feel pampered! From Shawn as the consultant and Ronnie as the installer, the remodel was effortless. Then Ren came out to fix an issue that arose that was completely unrelated. This team is the best!

Amazing
I highly recommend these guys, they did an amazing job from start to finish. They ran into some dry rot and mold. It could have been so much worse! Robbie, Kevin, and Gage took care of it with minimal impact on time and cost. They were outstanding and my shower looks better than I had hoped for. I’d recommend this company, but especially the team that took care of me so well!

I have to brag on the crew that recently did my install I know I can be hard to satisfy and they took no shortcuts everything done was just as we spoke about in our agreement , certainly glad I chose them to do the update on my master bathroom!
Second project
I’m so excited to get into my extra large bathtub! It’s gray colored not white!! Matching my color palette in my larger bathroom. AJ and Tracy were professional and took care of my floors, placing cloth pads. The shower looks exceptional. Clean caulking. Inquiring about my desire of positioning shelves and grab bars! So acknowledged. Thank you.
Excellent deal for senior-proofing two bathrooms!
We had two bathtub to walk-in shower conversion projects - guest and master bath - hoping to senior-proof for our parents. We looked for a while, got estimates from Rebath, as well. Truthfully, our first meeting with Bath Planet was not impressive. It seemed more about building the company’s credibility than answering our questions. I’m glad we gave them another chance because they turned things around in the follow-up appointment. They listened to our feedback and made up for lost time by keeping it more focused and productive. They brought swatches and samples, helped us make informed design decisions, gave us reasonable pricing and timeline. Everything just flowed very well since. The order came and they called when they said they would. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleanly, completed bathrooms as they estimated - 1.5 day for guest bath and 3 days for master bath with more customization. Special thanks to Justin, Kendall, Chris, and Edwin who worked extra hard. They explained things and checked with us to be sure measurements are to our liking - height of seat, placement of grab bars, niche and shower head and its valve. Chris walked us through challenges in our earlier design regarding window frame and wainscoting. I appreciate that he was upfront about it and gave us options which allowed us to make adjustments. In place of the window frame, we got thicker shower glass which is a very good deal. Our parents are very happy with the outcome. The before and after pictures show it worth every penny. We got rid of tubs we don’t use, extended and maximized the shower space, finally installed rain shower with handheld, replaced tiles with more elegant granite, matching sturdy seats, non-slip flooring, grab bars, rain glass. Very easy to clean!! I waited few weeks to review so we can try both bathrooms longer and give my honest opinion. I find myself really enjoying our newly renovated bathrooms. It is everything we hoped it would be. I highly recommend Bath Planet! Extremely pleased with quality and professionalism. Thank you!!!
Three bathroom projects in our home!
We had three projects just completed in our home. A shower replacement, a bathtub/shower replacement and an oversized bathtub converted to a large shower. Our installer was Matt Collins who did an outstanding job!! He was very skilled in the whole demolition and reconstruction process and very diligent and precise in the installation and finishing work!! We highly recommend Bath Planet and especially Matt Collins for a beautiful bathroom upgrade!!
Best Craftsmen Ever!
Joel David & Jackson did an Excellent professional job of installing New Acrylic Shower with bench & 3 Grab Bars. They lowered the entrance way by 4 inches and opened the doorway by 6 inches, making it much more "user friendly". Both were very skilled and did an excellent job of high craftmanship. Installed a new showerhead and faucet to complete the job.
