Installation of bathtub, the three wall panel and a roof panel
Excellent work done in one day. The workers were knowledgeable and efficient. They fixed the plumbing using very good quality parts. The tub looks grand and the wall panels resemble marble. The whole thing comes with a life-.time warranty. Also the cleanup after the work was thorough . The whole bathroom looks brighter and attractive. Plumbing works like magic. This review is after one week of installation. Will revisit after six months.
Great job replacing my bath and shower
I am very impressed by Bath Planet. They replaced my bath tub and wall surround and now it is beautiful and maintenance free. It was done fast and professional. There was no pressure from the salesman and the two installers did a beautiful one day job and I love it. Thank you Bath Planet. Great company with a great product . I would highly recommend them !

Had to replace our 35 year old bathtup which started leaking. Find BathPlanet thru the web, got immediate reponse for an in house review, showing recommendations and material samples to choose from. Signed the contract and scheduled the job done in 10 to 15 days. It was done on time in one day. The workmanship is excellent and cleaning the area thoroughly.
Outstanding Job
We had been in our home for over 30 yrs and we decided that we wanted to take our tub out and put in a custom shower. I must say the job took a day and a half, and it was magnificent. The installer Jacob, true professional. Thumbs up to Bath Planet and the installers who do the outstanding work of installing a quality product.
Bath Planet shower install
We replaced and old (mid 70's) tub and shower surround with a beautiful walk in shower. Everyone we dealt with at Bath Planet was very professional and very knowledgeable, including Michelle LaFond and Mark Abramson. Matt and Curtis did a fantastic job of removing the old tub and installing the new shower. And, even after getting stuck in the snow in our driveway, still got it done in one day.! I would highly recommend them.

I had got my tub and walk redone for remodeling and wow it came out way better than I expected! The installer Mike was here earlier than expected and got it done by himself in a timely manner and he was very professional! The sales guy was wonderful to talk to as well! Thank you so much!
Tub-to-Shower Conversion -- a 5-Star Upgrade!
I had a bath tub renovation completed by a Bath Planet competitor in Washington state in March 2019. When I originally relocated to Montana, I was disappointed to learn that neither Bath Planet nor this competitor had a footprint in Montana. On a random visit to the Billings mall, I was very pleased to see that Bath Planet had their grand opening two weeks prior. I walked-through the showroom and spoke with a sales associate, who was an excellent source for answers I had about Bath Planet's products. A few days later, a received a follow-up call from a Bath Planet representative to schedule the in-home consultation. I returned to the Bath Planet showroom and spoke with a different sales associate, who was also excellent at answering some of the questions that I wanted to address before the in-home consultation. After the second visit to the showroom, I had narrowed down the design options that I wanted to consider. A day or so later, two sales consultants were at my home for the consultation, and their presentation was a thorough demonstration about the Bath Planet product line and how Bath Planet was different than the competitor I used previously for a similar renovation. The sales consultants were able to answer some additional design questions, and I was able to finalize the style that I wanted for my tub-to-shower conversion. Within the estimated time range for the customized shower to be manufactured, the installer and plumber were on-site to complete the conversion. Both gentlemen were attentive, courteous, and professional during the day-long installation process. Just after 17:00, I had a luxurious new shower, fully customized to my personal taste, to replace the original, 25 year-old bathtub insert. Two weeks later after the installation, I have been very pleased with the look and feel of my new shower. The quality of the shower (and sliding doors) is exemplary, and I have the comfort of knowing that my Bath Planet product is backed by a lifetime warranty. This new shower is exactly what I wanted to replace the bath tub, and I am recommending Bath Planet to friends and neighbors as an excellent provider for a bathroom renovation.
