We could not be any happier with our experience with Bath Planet. From the time we first saw their display at a home show at Bowling Green State University to meeting with a representative in our home and eventually choosing a design and subsequent installation it could not have gone better. No pressure from the salesman, we were impressed with the number of color options and the quality of the materials used in our project along with the cost since we had 3 bids on the project. We had a combo shower and tub removed from our master bathroom and replaced it with a walk in shower. The installer was fantastic. The removal, installation and cleanup of the project were much appreciated especially since the bathroom was located on the second floor of our home. Since the installation we are happy with the quality and it's very easy to keep clean. I would recommend Bath Planet to anyone that is looking for a bathroom replacement project.

Exceptional Customer Service

Love the tub. Had an issue when power went out but the customer service reps were able to walk us through the problem and was able to correct it.

Well worth the cost

This was the easiest and swiftest project we've ever accomplished! The guys came in and demolished both bathrooms, hauled everything away so there was never any unsightly garbage laying around outside, covered the flooring inside so they didn't make a mess, and put everything back together in two days. And on a holiday weekend! It was a rush job because we were expecting company, and they came through for us with flying colors. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and I proudly tell everyone that compliments us on our beautiful bathrooms that it was the fantastic team at Bath Planet in Toledo. Thank you!
