*Bath Planet of Lubbock

It has been close two years since I was given a product demonstration by one of the associates (which I can't remember him) and John the installer (a few weeks later), came by and remolded my shower stall. It was in need of replacement since moving into this house I brought. I feared that John would find mold and mildew under the basin tub, since the tile had buckle and feared that water was seeping under the tile. I informed John of the potential problem he might face, that this installation might delay him, he assured me, if there is problem he'll fix the problem and continue on. When John removed the basin, my fears came through. I had to stop John from going any further until I took care of the problem. John was very helpful in helping me in removing the mildew and mold off the studs and concrete floor. This of course set him back a few hours, since it was guarantee one day installation, I wasn't going to holed bathplanet to that guarantee since I knew of the problem before hand. John worked late in the evening to make up for lost time. The next morning he came by on time and finished the remaining of the installation and I have been very satisfied with the work he did and all the help he provided to make this installation care free. I have recommended others about my experience with bath planet and the work they have done for me. Great job to everyone especially to john who worked so hard to finished this on time.
