Joe and Jeff / Jeff and Joe - These two guys are a very well oiled machine! They are a team like I’ve never seen. I’ve never had construction done in my home where at the end of of the day, you’d never know they were here! I loved all their DeWalt battery operated tools, including the radio and the music they played! Very respectful! As the tear out began, I had questions. They found shut off valves in the wall in my pre-fab home that I didn’t even know were there. They stopped and answered my questions explaining what they were finding. How would I ever access them inside the wall? They installed an access panel at no additional up-charge from my original quote. As the process rolled along they never hesitated to stop, listen and respond with very precise details. The install went very smooth and they even took a moment or two to toss the ball for “Chief Chuck in Charge”, the Dog! I was asked where I wanted the grab bars and shelves placed and that meant a lot-my opinion! They explained how the doors should shut properly to avoid leaks out onto the floor and how the dual shower heads worked. The representative that contacted me within minutes of my request for a quote was very professional and courteous. Bryan, my sales rep was here that evening. He was very professional, provided his suggestions and had awesome displays to show as selections of the pan, walls, and shower head options. I can’t say enough about the service from start to finish with my project. Bath Planet of Southern Tier will be recommended by me for anyone needing an install-no service or product is better than this! Post only allow 5 Stars, but really should be 10!
