Amazing shower remodel!

My experience started with meeting Trish. She came to help me through all of my choices from the surround to small details. It was the best experience. She came back as I Uncovered what was under the old shower to help make adjustments to measurements. Trish is a genuine person and the sweetest. They are lucky to have her. Mike came and did the installation. He was very courteous and kept me in loved through the entire process. He was meticulous about cleaning up after himself! I LOVE my new shower! I would highly recommend Bath Planet!! Everyone I talked to at Bath Planet, provided the best customer Service. It was a very pleasant experience!

Amazing!!

We just had a walk in shower installed in our home and it is PERFECT! We couldn't be more pleased. Rob our installer did a fantastic ?? job. He was meticulous with his work every step of the way, from the shower, the bench, the shelves down to the caulking. It is amazing! You would have to see it to believe it. I would 100% recommend Bath Planet to anyone thinking about having a walk in shower installed in their home. From Vance who gave us our estimate and helped us pick our materials, to Rob our installer, to Alexis in the office and everyone else I have had contact with on the phone everyone has been friendly, courteous and professional. Never pushy, rude or unkind. Thank You Bath Planet. I can now take a shower and feel safe and enjoy. Our shower and it is BEAUTIFUL!!

Bathtub and shower quote and installation

I have to say I was surprised by the quote initially, however when we met Zach, he took the much needed time to share options. He was extremely knowledgeable. You could tell he loves what he does, as he is very helpful. We asked him how long he worked for Bath Plant, he shared how long. You could tell he was experienced, sharing he was confident we would love our choice. He shared the staff is very good with all aspects of installation, as well as clean and thorough. Jacob called ahead to prepare of for our installation. He came in with a mask, showed up on time each day. Went over checklist of what to expect. Cleaned up after himself, came back the second day ready to go. He had my husband and I check his progress to ensure we were appear if issues occurred. When measuring our wall if was not level, he had to adjust it to make sure he would be able to provide us the best outcome. He did so, and more. Very focused on quality of his work, ensuring we knew what to expect. Very professional in all facets. Went over all the warranties, cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, general maintenance. Also how to register new doors, to ensure we would be able to protect our purchases. Jacob took all the old tub and shower, as well as the sliding doors to discard them this was an added bonus. Well Done Bath Planet, we will be telling our friends, and family about you quality services you provide. It was worth the money paid.

Great Job

From our first call until the new shower was ready for use the entire team at Bath Planet was professional, followed up on any open items and was responsive to any questions. The final result is beautiful and we look forward to years of enjoyment. Special thanks to Vance who came out to look at what we wanted to do and worked with us to put a great solution together, to Michael who did the installation work beautifully, and to the woman that coordinated all the schedules (I forgot her name, but she was responsive, called back when she said she would and helped to ensure a great job). The warranty and great reviews is what sold me!

I about choked when the Bath Planet rep, Zach, told me how much it would cost to remove two tub/showers and replace them with a tub/shower and a full size shower with seat! I really liked the warranty and after reading so many great reviews I decided to go for it. I am so so glad I did! The quality of the materials, the expert installation by two very nice guys, and the 100% improvement in the looks of the bathrooms was worth the money! Now I get to enjoy using my new shower/tub with its fancy-shmancy shower head every morning! And I have a wand shower, too, for rinsing out the shower when I spray it with the no-work cleaner. Life is good ! ! !
