Frustrated

We ordered our bathtub in June of 2019. As of September 6th we have not heard anything about when it will be installed. We stopped by the Novi store three weeks ago and inquired. We were told we would receive a phone call the next day. Nobody has called.

Dream Shower!

We replaced our old shower/tub fiberglass unit with a full-sized shower and custom bench. Though the installation was more than a day, Ron (and Mike) did a great job addressing all the challenges for this project. The end result is a stunning shower enclosure we look forward to experiencing for years to come. We are so happy we decided to do this project, and feel fortunate we encountered your store in 12 Oaks Mall. Excellent job! (We have before and after pics if interested - did not see anywhere to attach them in the review)

Ron 1 installer

My parents live in a rental home and was very scared and nervous when the landlord told them someone would be coming to do their bathroom. The installer Ron was very helpful and kind to them making them feel comfortable and at ease. Even though Ron’s only job was to come to the work for the bathroom he also helped my father from falling by moving something off the floor so his walker would fit through. My father was so happy for that and I am also thankful for it myself. I am thankful the company sent out such a great professional man to do the job. I would definitely hire him to do any work for my family and friends. Thank you much again for all your hard work and dedication. Way to go bath planet!

Excellent from start to finish

Rich and Steve made our purchase and install very easy. They were professional and knowledgeable. The install did take more then one day but it was a previous plumbing problem they had to fix. It’s been two tears and no problems. Bathing is so much easier for my husband (COPD) now. Thank you for a job well done.

Great product Beautiful Work. Awesome installer

The sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable and The installer Ron Was very polite And helped my mother out alot With the beautiful stand up shower he installed and put the grab bars in exactly where she needed them.he was very clean and tedious and caring and I very much appreciated it. And I would recommend him to anyone
